Authors have submitted presentation slides or full papers which have been included in the workshop handouts. There are no formal proceedings. Depending on the rating of contributions by the program committee, authors have been invited to submit a full paper for a special issue of IEEE Trans. on CAD.

Selected contributions from the 1999 workshop held in St. Goar were published as a special issue of ACM TODAES.
